Realme is coming with Realme XT handset that will have a 64-megapixel camera. And with this, it may be the first phone to have 64-megapixels. Recently on Weibo, the company’s CMO Xu Qi Chase posted a render of Realme’s upcoming phone. The render reveals that the smartphone has four rear cameras. This camera setup includes a standard 64-megapixel camera, an ultrawide-Angle lens, a macro lens, and a depth sensor.

It looks like Realme in competing with Xiaomi. Xioami is preparing to launch Redmi Note 8 series on August 29. Xiaomi’s new Redmi Note 8 is also expecting a high-resolution sensor and a 64-megapixel camera. However, there is no official confirmation about it. Let’s see which will come first with 64-megapixels, Realme or Redmi.
The 64-megapixel camera in Realme XT is powered by the Samsung ISOCELL bright GW 1 sensor, which is a part of the quad-camera setup. This four-camera setup includes a standard lens, ultrawide lens, macro lens, and depth sensor. Realme XT is also expected to be launched in India by September however it may launch in China first.
Realme is constantly launching a new handset. And this will be the latest one with the 64-megapixel camera. Subsequently, Realme also have launched Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro on August 27. Both the phones also featured with Quad camera setup include 48-megapixel primary lens and 12-megapixel lens. Moreover, after the 48-megapixel phone launch, the company is going for 64-megapixels in Realme XT.
